Orders and shipping
How long does order processing take?
Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing may take longer during sales, product launches, or unusually high order volume.
How can I track my order?
When tracking is available, we send it to the email address used at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear. You can also use our Track Your Order page.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is available only where shown at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other destination-country charges may apply.
Can I change my shipping address?
Contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.
